Ralph J. Cetrulo III, CPA, Partner:

In 1988, Ralph began his career at a regional Philadelphia-based accounting practice. Specializing in all areas of accounting and tax law, Ralph's fields of expertise include closely held corporations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate divestitures, financial forecasts and projections, debt and financing services, business valuations, business brokerage, tax planning for companies and individuals and personal financial planning. His industry experience spans distribution, construction, service, real estate, retail, non-profits, private schools and the medical field. Additionally, small- and mid-sized organizations and businesses benefit from Ralph's skills in accounting, auditing and management consulting.

He is an investment advisor in Cetrulo & Morgan Group, P.A.'s joint venture with the Mid-Atlantic region's premier personal financial planning firm - Sage Financial Group, Inc. of Bala Cynwyd, PA. As such, Ralph offers financial planning as a registered investment advisory.

Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wilmington Tax Group. He also serves as Board Member for the Better Business Bureau and Special Olympics, as a Financial Committee Member for the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, and as President for the Brandywine Country Club.

 

 

 

Julie Morgan, CPA, Partner:

Julie has over twenty five years experience in public and industry accounting. Her primary areas of expertise include accounting, auditing, and taxation, providing these services to medical and legal firms, non-profit organizations, wholesale distributors, and multi-state construction companies - among others. Beyond traditional accounting and tax services, Julie has consulted with small start-up companies, assisting them in securing financing, hiring bookkeeping personnel, and implementing and maintaining internal accounting procedures.

Prior to her career in public accounting, Julie managed the accounting departments of a growing retail corporation, a local law firm, and a large non-profit trade association. She was also a controller in such industries as stainless steel manufacturing, construction and HVAC, and provided accounting services to a radiological physicians group.

Julie attained a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accountancy, from California State University, while working full-time. Her professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Women Presidents Organization. She also serves as a board member for the Darlington Arts center and the Better Business Bureau.
